Step 4: Post-VIP Support
Our partnership doesn't end with the VIP Day. You'll receive 14 days of post-VIP support to ensure your site is running smoothly and to address any questions or fine-tuning needs.

No, you don't need to hire a separate copywriter. As part of our comprehensive VIP Day process, we delve deeply into your business and strategy. This includes crafting compelling copy that perfectly aligns with your brand and objectives. It's all part of our holistic approach to creating a standout website for your business.
The more the merrier, however we require that clients have at least 2 professional quality photos of themselves for a successful project. If you need help on styling or direction for your upcoming photoshoot, we are more than happy to help.

Once your website is live, we provide 14 days of support. After that, ongoing support packages are available to ensure your online presence stays up-to-date and effective, catering to your evolving needs and goals.
Our primary platforms are Showit and Shopify, which we use for website design and hosting. We do not build on WordPress or Squarespace. Additionally as a part of our Brilliantly Branded Elite package, we offer CRM setup services, specializing in Dubsado for streamlined client management.
